Process for developing a Customized Course:

Step 1: Download and Complete the Custom Course Questionaire

Step 2: After reviewing your questionnaire, an REA representative will contact you and schedule a teleconference to obtain more details about your interested in. During this teleconference, we will discuss course objectives, possible training locations, and initial budget for the course.

Step 3: After the teleconference, the REA instructional design team will develop an initial trip itinerary and service agreement which will outline course cost. Throughout this period, you will be given access to our Basecamp Project page where you will be able to observe and participate in the entire design and sequencing of your course.

Step 4: Upon your review and approval, our Program Director will email you the final itinerary and service agreement and schedule another teleconference where he will go through in detail the itinerary and service agreement.

Step 5: Sign the final service agreement and place a 20% deposit on the course cost.

Step 6: Once the signed service agreement and deposit have been turned-in, the Program director will schedule another teleconference explaining to you all of the administrative requirements for the course. You and your participants will be responsible for completing these requirements prior to course start date.

Step 7: Enjoy your Rare Earth Adventure!
